I would say that this company did a fine job. I had used a differnet company on a previous move, which I found to be outstanding, but they are no longer in business. I did not like that I left three voicemails on the main/office phone number, which I got online on the Ameri Freight website, and never got called back. The person who recommended Ameri Freight had given me a different number, and I was called back from that number. I also did not like that the 5-7 day window was not honored. It was on the 8th day, but I would have made arrangements to store my car in a different location if I had known it was going to take more than seven days, as I really inconvienced someone by having my car there for that long. I also did not like that the driver delivering the car did not communicate with me very much. He called the night before to let me know he was in the state, and told me the delivery would be between 3 and 5:00. I planned my entire day around that time frame. I was also told that he would call when he was about an hour away, and he did not return my phone calls when I wanted an update at 4:45pm. I was finally called at 6pm (already an hour late) and told it would be close to 7:00....I feel I should have been told about the extra 2 hours several hours before that. Overall, the service was fine and the price was reasonable.
