I received excellent service from Ameritrade but the transporting company delayed transportation of my car for 4 days. We had to keep calling him to find out about the exact delivery date. Luckily my car was transported without any damage but I was very stressed out when I read the back of the transporter's pickup form to find out that his liability for any damage to my car was only $ 500.
