Excellent service from the first telephone call through the actual delivery. I had not shipped a car before, and this would be a 3000 mile cross country delivery from California to Georgia which needed a pickup in 4 days, and delivery 8 days later. Aaron, the first person with whom I spoke, explained the role of the AmeriFreight and that of the actual truck companies that bid their truck and driver. I used the second level expedite service (about $250 extra) because I needed the delivery on a specific day. We discussed the terms and a contract with price was emailed to me within hours. I signed and scanned the form to a pdf file and emailed it back within two hours. Within 8 hours (actually I just checked the next morning) a truck company had committed and I was effectively confident of the deal. In fact, the cell phone number of the driver was given to me at that time. Both the pickup and delivery was on time and the car was in great shape.
