carrier problems

Working with Amerifreight was no problem. they were very helpful in getting my car picked up from a remote location. It did take about 10 days to get a carrier, but I knew up front that it would take awhile. Once my car order got transferred to a supervisor, my car quickly got picked up.

My only problem was with the carrier. He lost the key to my car! Seriously. The spare key was on the wrong side of the county and we had to order one from the dealership extra rushed. That said, the carrier didn't put up any fuss when we deductive that amount from his COD. All in all, I'd use Amerifreight again but the carrier Vesta Transportation made me nervous.
