First and foremost my vehicle arrived in the same condition it was shipped and was on time. AmeriFreight's core competency is strong communication and dependability.
After the nightmare experience with Transport Executives (broker) and Ultra Power Trans (carrier) failing to pick up my vehicle or making the slightest attempt to make things better, I was pressed for time. Fortunately Aaron and AmeriFreight saved the day. I was informed through every step of the process and never had to make an effort to determine the status of my vehicle. This was very reassuring made me feel at ease. AmeriFreight stuck to their word and selected an excellent carrier, CAA Transport.
Mike and CAA Transport were great. They called me several times to keep me updated on the status of my vehicle and delivery times. Upon delivery my car looked great and showed up right on schedule. There was nothing more I could ask from this broker/carrier team. They delivered on exactly what the said they would.
I will use AmeriFreight again and recommend them to anyone who needs auto shipping.
