I was in hurry to transfer my car from Kansas City to Boston. Jonathan who took a contract for my car did a good job except no communication when he took a vacation. I should call the company and Raechel Nebergall did almost every job and she covered Jonathan's responsibility. The car was not picked up on time. However, Raechel did effort on my contract. Car was delivered after 2 days. Everything looked perfect. But deliverer brought car at night and I cannot check my car well. The next morning I could find some scratches that may be occured by deliverer's mistake.

Generally, I am satisfied with my experience with AmeriFreight except deliverer because it is written that DO NOT DELIVER AT NIGHT. I will do my business with Raechel if I have another case for car transfer only except including that car deliverer. She is a really good worker.

The customer shipped at the Economy rate, which is our standby rate offering no guaranteed pickup or delivery times. Every carrier we use is fully insured and our staff will assist in processing a claim, should a damage situation arise.
