I had an excellent experience with AmeriFreight and their choice of carrier (Mobile Transport, Inc. of Spokane, WA) when I recently had to have my car transported from Seattle, WA to Rochester, NY. They picked my car up when they said they would (to the day), and dropped it off one day earlier than promised. The car was in excellent condition when it arrived in Rochester, New York, unchanged from when I left it in Seattle. My contact at AmeriFreight, Aaron, was polite, courteous, always available, and responsive to requests. Because of last minute changes in my travel plans, I had to ask that my pick up date be changed fairly late in the game. Aaron and the AmeriFreight dispatcher he worked with were quick to respond and expressed no irritation, which many people would have done. The change was made without difficulty, I received the appropriate paper work with the correct changes, and everything went off smoothly. The driver, Yuri, was very professional and readily accomodated my request for a slight change in pickup location when he was within an hour of the dropoff site. If I need to have a car shipped anytime in the future, I will use AmeriFreight without hesitation, and I would be happy to recommend them to others.
