We were very disappointed that this customer's shipment evolved the way it did. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and simple shipping process. Our team will do everything within their power to avoid situations like this one, but unfortunately, eventhough all measures are taken, sometimes a shipment still may have issues arise. This customer entrusted us with his shipment, even paid for an upgraded rate to help expedite his shipment, and still was left disappointed. The customer upgraded to Select and needed a guaranteed delivery...only our First Class upgrade offers that. AmeriFreight will be reimbursing the customer due to the delayed pickup portion of the upgrade. We are sorry this route and shipment was such a difficult one.
