It took more than 30 days and costs 250 more than the competitors with no sensitivity to time

No proactive communications. Need to follow-up with agents to get updates

No change in service for expedited service.

Got the order June first week
Confirmed the order June 7th with June 7th being the first available date
No pick up
Expedited the request after 2 weeks (paying 250 more)
No change
Pick up scheduled for 24th. but actual was 26th
Deliver was requested prior to July 2nd (as the receiving person was scheduled to travel overseas. Else requested to cancel)
Vechicle picked up. But was not delivered till July 10th.

We were very disappointed that this customer's shipment evolved the way it did. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and simple shipping process. Our team will do everything within their power to avoid situations like this one, but unfortunately, eventhough all measures are taken, sometimes a shipment still may have issues arise. This customer entrusted us with his shipment, even paid for an upgraded rate to help expedite his shipment, and still was left disappointed. The customer upgraded to Select and needed a guaranteed delivery...only our First Class upgrade offers that. AmeriFreight will be reimbursing the customer due to the delayed pickup portion of the upgrade. We are sorry this route and shipment was such a difficult one.
