I've never had to use an auto transport service before so I did quite a bit of research to help select a company. After working with AmeriFreight, I can understand why they have such great reviews. The customer service is excellent. David was very helpful in explaining the process involved with this service and was there to answer any questions I came up with. He gave me a great quote which got me a carrier within a matter of minutes after submitting my order form. And the carrier (Dependable Auto Shippers) has agreed to hold my car in Portland until the date that I can get out there to retrieve it, which is incredibly helpful. Both dispatchers that I was in contact with, Raechel and Red, were also very helpful. Thanks for making this process so easy, AmeriFreight!
