My total experience , from placing the order to pickup and delivery of my vechile was excellent. All time schedules were met and the driver was very polite and knowledgable.
I felt confident with the person that I placed the shipping order with was knowledgeable in her job and was very polite with me. I was kept informed at all times regarding costs, schedules and other information regarding this shipping transaction.
The driver, Ihor, was very polite and and I was updated several times by phone prior to the pickup regarding when he would arrive at my house. He met this schedule.
He was very professional when dealing with him and I was confident that my vehiclal would be in safe hands for shipping.
He informed me how long the trip would take and when I could expect delivery of the vehicle at its destination in Elmira New York. He met this schedule and again kept my updated as he neared the destination of the time he would arrive. Again he met this schedule
I was very pleased with his overall performance.
