We do apologize for the frustration. Our goal is to provide open communication and excellent service to every customer. When placing an upgraded order, AmeriFreight will add some additional money to the COD amount if it is not picked up by the guaranteed date. Occasionally a route can be tough to get a carrier for. Our staff will do everything they can to ensure a pickup by the guaranteed date; otherwise, the customer has the option to continue to wait, upgrade to the next rate, or cancel with a full refund. We are sorry that the customer did not understand this upfront. We aim to be very open with the entire shipping process.
