I felt like I was given a quote and the company was unable to ship for that price. I understand I was in a remote location but that research should have been done prior to giving the quote. Then they just wanted me to add money to get it shipped. The answer was never for them to meet their quote. It was always put on me to add more money to get it done. I ended up driving the vehicle over 300 miles and still had to pay 50 dollars more than the original quote. At that point I was in a bind and had to agree.
I will say the staff always returned my phone calls and seemed accessible. After missing the shipping date by 5 days I was transfered to a manager automatically which did give me a sense of security.
