As a first time experience, we were very impressed. We chose AmeriFreight as a broker based on the reviews from this website and or lack of knowledge about carriers. AmeriFreight was very courteous and responded quickly by phone or email to any inquiries before and during the transport. This set our minds at ease as we managed the rest of our cross-country move. We were also impressed by their choice in carriers (FHT Auto Transport), whose drivers were very courteous and took time to answer questions. Our RAV4 was cleaned and delivered a day ahead of schedule with no damage. Overall, AmeriFrieght exceeded our expectations and chose a responsible carrier.
