This company did what they said they would. They did not exceed the standard but it was marignally met. The only issue was having to meet the driver a hour and half from the negotiated destination. If I chose to go with the original destination I would have to pay extra. That was unacceptable but at that point I had no choice unless I paid the extra. Met the standard.
