Jonathan was my contact person. He was from the start very knowledgeable and courteous. I was scheduling this for my mom and he was patient and understanding when I did not have an answer right away. All of the information was sent in easy to read and understand emails. The car was not picked up in the time frame I was expecting but soon after. Even after me calling twice Jonathan was calm and explained that it was not uncommon for the delay. Also, it was winter and there was some bad weather during our wait. It was not a problem to be without the car for a few extra days for us so it was not a big deal. When we did get a carrier the car arrived the next day. That was very nice. Amerifreight called me a few times to get everthing situated and it went smoothly from there. If I had to use a car carrier service I would go with Amerifreight, the cost seemed to be very good compared to others that I had called. Some even came in about three hundred dollars more! I can’t imagine spending that much more for the same service. Thank you Jonathan.
