Overall, Amerifreight was very helpful and professional. However, my car was several days late was due to bad weather, which is completely understandable. However, the carrier was very poor in communicating (not picking up his phone or answering messages) changes in the expected delivery date, which made it very inconvenient to plan. Other than that, that car was delivered ok.
I do not fault AmeriFrieght for the carrier's poor communication, but AmeriFreight was the one responsible for matching me with the carrier (this is their primary task, after all), so this is the reason why I cannot give a perfect score.
