From the beginning to the end, I am pleased with the service that has been provided by Aaron and team. They responded to my requests in very timely manner.
I chose economy rate. My car is available to be picked up on December 3, 2009. Less then five days, my car was picked up on December 5, 2009. It was delivered on time on December 10, 2009 and was received by my friend. He told me that everything is perfect.
I was very nervous because this is my first time, especially after I read the customers' reviews. I was really focus on some negative reviews. I expressed my worries to Aaron and Jeremiah, they were very professional and kept me in the loop for everything.
The only thing I would suggest is... It would be awesome if they could emphasize more about having ready to pay the carrier directly. I totally missed this part and was very panic. However, lucky that I have a relative who helped me to solve the problem.
Definitely, I will use Amerifreight again and recommend to my co-workers in WestJet.
