When I contracted with Amerifreight, I chose the 5 day pickup time. I thought that this meant that my car would be picked up by Friday. There was a misunderstanding and I was informed by another Car Transport company that the bid put out to the truckers was too low and it would be unlikely that any one would pick it up. I called Amerifreight and they had no bids on my car so I had to pay more to have my car transported. I chose the company with the lowest quote but had to pay hundreds more than I expected. The best thing about working with this company is the transporter. His name was David and his company is called Adelph's trucking. He is a very nice man to work with and I highly recommend him. He has high standards and is honest.

We do apologize for any misunderstandings. Our Shipping Agents explain each shipping rate option to every customer. The customer chose the Economy rate, which is an estimated 5 business day pickup window. Sometimes it can take longer. With the Economy rate, it is a lower rate, which therefore puts the customer on the carrier's time table. Should a customer need a guaranteed pickup window, we offer Priority & Select rates. The higher rate ensures the carrier to work with the customer's schedule. We are very glad to hear that the customer was happy with the carrier we used. Our goal is to use carriers that will only offer excellent service.
