Good people but don't fall for a lower price

Amerifreight is a good company. However, I did not like the idea that they gave me a lower quote and then could not find a driver for a week to pickup my car. I ended up paying more than what was originally quoted and then my car was picked up within a couple of days. However, I ended up loosing one week because of the wait period. Plus, they usually don't have any control on which carrier will pick up your car. Its your luck to get a good driver or a responsible carrier. My experience with the carrier was good overall. The car was delivered on time and without any damage. However, I do want to point out that you should go for the guaranteed service by paying extra if you are not flexible on the delivery/pickup time.

The customer placed the order at the Economy Rate; this rate offers a lower price with an estimated pickup window. The customer got into a time sensitive situation and was recommended by our staff to upgrade to Priority, which is a guaranteed pickup window or 1-2 business days. We screen every carrier and work with only top rated carriers. The customer is correct in saying that if you have any time constraints, we highly recommend the Priority or Select Rate.
