late pick up

I need to say that I was satisfied with the quote I got, it is really reasonable complared to other agents I asked. The biggest thing bothers me is that it took so long for them to find a carrier. They promised less than 7 day to pick it up, actually it took 10 days!!! I was disapointed for this. Costomer service is nice and helpful. The thing is , they are always too busy to answer the call, maybe they have so many costomers. It took forever to get them call back. And sometimes I got confused which shipping agent is in charge of my case. I guess they have tried their best to find me a carrier, but it's just the whole process makes me worry too much and not feel very comfortable.

The customer shipped at the Economy rate, which has an estimated 5 business day pickup window. It is designed for those not on a time table and want to ship at the lowest possible price. It is an estimated pickup and delivery window. Our Priority and Select rates guarantee pickup windows of 1-2 business days. We apologize for the delay in communication and our office had recently undergone changes so that customers can speak immedidately to one of our representatives.
