Harry was very friendly and helpful over the phone. He gave everything in detail that was needed to get my car safely transported to California. The process was easy. He followed up throughout the transport to make sure everything was going okay. Unfortunately left my EZpass in the car which picked up some tolls along the way but other than that everything was perfect
