Amerifreight was honest about the brokering a transport between the owner and the carrier. While the industry maybe operating with cut throat mentality, it needs to understand that it's providing a valuable service to the consumers. I think Christie D. understood my frustration with the situation and put her best effort to solve the problems. I am commending her for that.
