We were disappointed to hear that the customer's car had grease stains at delivery. As long as any damage to the vehicle is noted on the Bill Of Lading that every customer signs at pickup and delivery, the damage is covered by the carrier's insurance. Any unsatisfactory service provided by our carriers will remove that carrier from our Preferred Carrier list. Our staff will assist customers in the process of submitting a claim.
