We were upset that your company put our vechile down on our contract as not running,which i think resulted in no one wanting to pick up our car in the 3 to 5 day pickup.This resulted in our having to add 200.00 dollars to have someone pick up our car. In all our conversations,not once did your company ask why the car was not in running condition and finally at the end when you called and said you had a carrier but they wanted to know why the car was not running, i called you and said our car was always in running condition and you said that the wrong key must have been hit on our contract.Besides that and a few wrong contact numbers on our contract,we finally got our car to California
The carrier(Ambela inc.) did a fantastic job in transporting our car. The drivers were polite and were always in contact with me on how things were progressing. They were there when they promised and delivered when they said they would.This team of drivers seemed to only want to make sure i was safe and happy with there service from pickup to delivery.
