I never shipped a car before and had no idea what to expect. I call a few of the top companies and found the prices were similar, so price wasn't really a factor. Understanding the process was the issue. Some companies were more transparent with their policies than other. Jennifer, my agent, was extremely up front with what to expect, what the timeframes would be, and what the process consists of. This was very helpful. In today business environment it is not unusual for promises not to be kept. With AmeriFreight I found they did exactly what they said they would do. I was nervous but miracles do happen. I was called when they said they would call, the driver showed up when he said he would show up and my car was delivered when and where he said it would be. Any questions I had were answered along the way. I highly recommend this company.
