From the beginning Gina was straightforward and to the point. She did her best to get you the most reasonable price. As the brokerage, Gina represented them well. As for the carrier, there were some miscommunication on pick up date and I was forced with no choice but to allow them to take my vehicle with a short moments notice when I was not mentally ready for them to take it. However, it took the carrier 3 whole days to get the vehicle to me. Kudos to the driver.
