At the end of the day, the vehicle was delivered pretty much when estimated.
I contacted them on a Wednesday needing pickup in a week. Immediately got a response saying they could do so.
Quotes went out before the weekend. Contacted them over the weekend for an update. No response. Didn’t hear back until Monday with a confirmed pickup on date promised.
If that would not have occurred, however, finding someone else at that point would have been difficult.
Driver texted at 2AM, yes A.M. that he had arrived for pickup.
Met driver 9AM next morning and vehicle was delivered on date promised.
So, respond when contacted, even if it’s on a weekend. And don’t communicate at 2AM.
Other than that, it was a satisfying experience.
