Overall satisfied - Amerifreight coordinated with the carrier to have my vehicle shipped safely from NV to VA. Customer service was satisfactory but agent was either unresponsive or seemingly inconvenienced when I asked for updates on available carriers. Upon conducting a VA vehicle safety inspection after delivery, I also discovered a headlight was now misaligned. When I attempted to file a claim, I was told I was outside the 48-hour claim window, so even though I paid for additional insurance, I couldn’t make a claim.
