Our vehicle was delivered across the country without damage, which was obviously the goal, and so we are satisfied with that, however, the entire process was different than what was described. We were initially quoted $500 less than what we ended up paying, the pick-up and drop-off locations were changed (which created a lot of logistical issues for us), and our representative did not follow up with us as she said she would. It seems that this industry functions based off the wim of the drivers, which means all components are subject to change, and that in order to stay competitive these companies need to make promises they cannot keep because everyone is doing that same thing, however, it would have been nice if our representative had made up for those deficiencies with excellent customer service. Unfortunately, it was not so. She told us she was going to be checking up on us but never did. When we had a controversy picking up the vehicle, and we reached oyt to her, she was able to help, but to me that is the minimum we should expect given how much we ended up paying and how everything was changing. Overall, I don't think we would have had a different shipping experience elsewhere but maybe we would have had a different customer service experience.
