Explained the process in detailed. Did not like that the trucking company charged me extra when they picked up the car claiming I have extra-weight even though I was constantly mindful of that and kept everything to minimal and below window level. Would’ve been nice if I could’ve been warned trucking company might pull this so I could be prepared. Make sure you carry a scale to weigh stuff.
