I chose this company because they were highly rated and their quote was clearer about cost and delivery times. The customer service agent was helpful and efficient. The driver was really good about trying to accommodate us in regards to best pick up and delivery times. If time is any kind of issue, I recommend to save yourself some trouble and go with priority. It sounds like trying to get economic service is more trouble than its worth. In the end, we received our cars in the same condition and with great timing, so if I needed to I would use this company again, and hopefully the same driver.
