Brandy was extremely helpful throughout the process. She explained the different options and pricing for each before I committed to one. She checked in multiple times through the process both before and after the pickup occurred to ensure everything went smoothly and there were no problems. Overall, she was very attentive and helpful for my first time shopping my car!
