A few carrier bumps, but great help!

I was quickly contacted after initially requesting service. The first carrier offered was mistakenly on the list even though they did not have insurance on file, but my rep worked hard to quickly find someone else qualified with documentation within 24 hours of my request. The carrier company asked to pick up my car 4 hours earlier than planned after I explicitly gave a specific time frame, but my rep called them and reinforced my request. After that, I had no problems with the carrier. Car arrived in the same condition, with the exception of many bugs (as expected). Maleah explained everything well, walked me through each step, and was always easy to reach! Hope I never have to move across the country again, but I would use this service again.
