From the very beginning there was constant communication and every question or concern that I had was answered. The process was explained from beginning to the end. When my date arrived I received phone calls immediately about the vehicle being transported. My vehicle came from West Virginia to Myrtle Beach South Carolina in one day. The only issue I had was the person delivering the vehicle did not speak English very well so communication was a little difficult. But overall a great experience and completely professional the entire time.
