Every customer deserves to have an excellent shipment; unfortunately this did not happen in this customer's case. We are currently working to follow up with this shipment.
The customer asked to have his vehicle delivered on 7/26. In order to accomodate the customer's time frame, the carrier was willing to hold the vehicle until the 26th.
The customer is correct. The vehicle should have been rinsed at delivery and this is one of the things we are following up with the carrier. Our preferred carriers do not drive the vehicles except for loading and unloading purposes. If a carrier fails to provide excellent service, they are removed from our Preferred Carrier list.
A claim for damage can always be made as long as the damage is marked at delivery on the Bill of Lading.
