I was shipping a vehicle for my niece who went off to college. I was a little apprehensive about the whole situation. But luckily Ameriifreight helped me through the whole process. First finding me a carrier within a day or two of desired target dates. I was unfortunately not able to make the first date due to vehicle issues. No problem, but the second date happened without issue. When the time came they helped me through some paperwork and answered questions on what to expect when the carrier came. I called the provided carrier dispatch number and they gave me a timeframe and assured me that the carrier would call a couple hours or so before arriving. A carrier indeed called and kept calling as he approached closer. The carrier came within reasonable time and stance next to my home. He was a pleasure to talk to about his adventures. As my niece is very young I was worried how it would be on her end. As it turns out she had the same good experience and the carrier was able to drop off the vehicle with her. I could not be more happy. Thanks!
