We have apologized to Laura for the lack of prompt communication she experienced. When we fail to offer excellent customer service to any customer, we take steps to ensure that future customers will not have this same experience...and we have done just that in this case as well. And as with any shipment, we encourage customers to remove any valuable items from the vehicle. Every carrier's insurance policy covers the vehicles, but does not cover items the customer may transport inside the vehicle.
