This was my first time using a car shipper. Based on my experience, if I ever need to do so again, I will absolutely use AmeriFreight. From the start to the end of the process, everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful and inspired a great deal of confidence. Every step of the way, I felt like I was engaging with one of a relatively small number of people who actually worked there, not being farmed out to some disconnected customer service branch. In particular, once I really committed to using AmeriFreight, Gricell Rosario was highly attentive through finalizing my job request, actively reaching out to me to update me after a few days without a bid, encouraging patience as we waited for a reasonable price. Whenever I had questions, Gricell had clear, thorough answers ready. When all was said and done, my car got shipped cross country, in a reasonable time-frame, for the approximate cost that was quoted to me when I first requested a quote.
