I used AmeriFreight Car Shipping to deliver my Ford Mustang GT Convertible from San Diego, CA to Virginia. My customer service representative, Chris Larsen, was outstanding with the planning and logistics portions of scheduling a trusted and highly rated enclosed car carrier. I was a priority client and needed my car shipped quickly and safely and Chris got it done faster than I had expected. Within 24 hours I had a carrier assigned and the next day the car was on a trailer and en route to my home. The truck arrived 3 days later with the car in as expected condition, no damage, no issues whatsoever. Chris contacted me several times during and immediately after the delivery process in order to make sure everything was going according to plan and to ask whether I needed his help with any portion of the transport. Chris and AmeriFreight went above and beyond to make me feel confident that the job was being handled in an efficient manner by true professionals. The carrier contracted for the job was Delivery by Delivery Inc.; they were great and their communication and documentation was excellent throughout the trip. If I ever have to use a car transport broker again, it’ll be AmeriFreight, hands down.
