I was in contact with four different people at AmeriFreight and I will honestly say that they were all incredibly nice. I find this to be rare when dealing with service people. I'm usually fed up with the treatment I get. However, the ladies (yes, they were all ladies) at AmeriFreight were all so polite and friendly. There were constant emails and phone calls to keep me updated on the process. I felt that I could call/email them anytime with any questions. There was one instance when I got a little annoyed because I couldn't get someone on the phone to correct an error on my discount. However, once I was able to talk to someone about it, she apologized for the oversight and immediately issued the discount. I went from being a little upset to feeling good because she was so nice on the phone. Not only is it hard to find good service these days, it's even harder to expect good service from nice people. Aside from their incredible staff, AmeriFreight's price was one of the lowest I found. I have to admit that I originally chose them because of their low cost and I half-expected that the service would sort of reflect that low cost. However, I was just so pleasantly surprised at the service I received. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends, and I would like to thank all the ladies at AmeriFreight.
