Yolanda was very sweet, transparent and energetic in finding us a carrier for our car shipment across the country. She communicated frequently and was very helpful. Our car got across the country in one piece.
The only slight misstep occurred when she was out of the office, and her colleague gave us an update on a booked carrier. They gave us an estimate for a week after we had targeted. However, the week we had targeted, the carrier gave us a call and said he'd be there the next day!
Due to the unpredictability of cost of shipping cars right now, our estimate was a lot higher than we initially thought. However, it got from point a to be in time.
