Our Customer Service Agent, Erica Hudson, was a tremendous help through the shipping process, We had to modify our pick-up times more than once and she was always pleasant, gracious, and flexible. The driver, Alex of Thunder Transportation, was professional, kind, and handled our vehicle with care.
