My agent Bonnie Censullo at Amerifrieght was great! She was very informative and friendly and I enjoyed working with her. The vendor that picked up my order LVIV Express wasn't that great though as they barely communicated with me and were delayed multiple days. The delays are fine but ignoring multiple text messages and phone calls and then making one phone call on the day of delivery is not okay!
