I was lied to from a different freight company and had very little time to make new arrangements. Rachael gave me a quote within 10 minutes after an online request which was about $200 cheaper than my first company, and was easy to get a hold of in person to answer my questions. The Lesley/Amy tag team then worked very hard to get my car shipped within my time constrains. They were prompt at returning phone calls during their business hour, and there was always a person answering my calls. The initial contract also came with a check list for car transport and moving, which was useful.
My carrier, Jordan Transport, was awesome. My driver Tim called my cellphone for pick up, and was very professional at both pick-up and delivery. He also pointed out stuff like getting my tires reinflated due to the difference in altitude from the two sites. I had no problem getting hold of the transport company, or my driver. Furthermore, my car was in the same dusty condition in which it left me, without dents or scratches.
I would absolutely use both the frieght and carrier again.
