Overall, very happy. Customer service was exceptional. Easy to keep in touch with my agent and driver. Car was picked up/delivered door to door without much issue.
Only complaint is that they set expectations too high. Price was much higher than initial estimate. Took longer than expected to find a driver for our route. These would have been non-issues if AmeriFreight hadn't given me some hope of a lower price and faster pickup.
Would definitely use again.
