Shipped my car from the east coast to the west. The car shipment process isn't like booking a plane ticket where you look at prices, book a day and that's it. It seems like there's instead a bidding process with the people who actually move the vehicle, but I think that's by design to keep the prices down. The process definitely caught me off guard at first, but Bonnie (my liaison w/ amerifreight) took the time to explain the process and the reasoning and was overall outstanding to work with. Once I had a better understanding what to expect, everything went very smoothly and as described. Price was better than competitors, car pickup and drop-off was easy, and there was no damage or issues with my vehicle.
