We are sorry that AmeriFreight did not live up to this customer's expectations. Proper communication is one of our top priorities, and we apologize that they did not receive that. This customer opted for our Economy Rate, which we do not recommend to customers with time constraints, as it may take a bit longer to find a carrier offering the lowest possible rate. We provide every customer with all available carrier offers, as soon as we receive them, and it is always the customer's decision to either accept the offer or wait for a better rate. We appreciate the feedback, as we are always working to improve our performance.
