It all started with the people on the phone...the customer service was fantastic! They all were very nice and extremely helpful. This being my first experience I didn't know what to expect, but they were there to assist me all the way. Then when it came to the driver I was impressed with his knowledge and honesty. He assured me on more than one occasions that my vehicle will arrive the way I left it and it did. I'm glad the experience is over but I would do it all over again...especially with this company!
