I love Mrs. Melissa she was very great with communication but the carrier they used Carpullinc is very unprofessional.. they had my car for a whole week and 4 days. My car left March 13 and it was suppose to get to me on the 20th of March.. when I call no one knows where my car was no communication at all..so I had to act a fool and they only gave me 50 dollars back. And I had to pay others to bring me back and forth from Albany to Atlanta to get my car.. I finally got my car and Mrs Melissa made sure of that at.. I would go with this company again but they would have to change carriers.
