The professionalism and care at Amerifreight are top notch. Samantha Smith was great! I'm blessed to have worked with such a great CSA! Erika and Virginia helped me out when Samantha was on vacation and they were lovely as well. As someone who manages a customer support desk, I can tell the quality of training they were given. I would have all three of these individuals as employees. The transparency and knowledge gained about the industry are awesome as well. My overall experience was 10/10. They won a returning customer.
